Yay! I"m having a girl! I was hoping for a boy, but hey... that is ok. As long as this baby comes out healthy I will be totally happy. Besides, Lexi will having a cousin to play and hang out with. Oh the weather outside is Frightful

Hey all!
So I today the east coast "blizzard" arrived, but it didn't really hit downtown ny. Instead, we got a mix of rain/snow. That is OK by me!

This picture is from my roof of my building looking down toward the south...you can see partial snow on some of the buildings..here are some more from my roof...


Last week I went to the gynormous Macys* 8 floors of CRAZIES! I don't get how ppl shop there, so looky what I found!

And then last week a gal had a Christmas Party on our roof (the Inside warm area of course). Here is amber and I all dolled up, my don't we look fancy!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

So My sister and I are here in San Diego today to spend time with my brother for Thanksgiving, since Brad has to work all day. It kind of sucks, but Brad and I are planning on having our own Thanksgiving feast probably on Monday when he has a day off.

So I was doing my Thanksgiving shopping yesterday after work (yes, I"m a procrastinator) and thought of getting ham for Brad and I. so I went to Honey Baked Ham. The line was from the door all the way down to the end of the mall strip. I was going to leave, but being prego and have been doing the wildest things, I waited in that line for almost 1 1/2 hours to get a 8lb. ham. Am I crazy or what? I couldn't belive I did it after I got out of there. My feet and back hurt soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad, I was pooped after coming home from going two other places after Honey B.H.

Last night, I went to bed at 2am and got up this morning at 6:30 to leave. I am so tired right now!!!

well, I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving Day!

a little home sick

So, it's thanksgiving and i am not sitting amongst my family, nor amongst loud machines that cost way too much as their engines roar, nor amongst dust nor dirt nor sand. It's weird! Instead I'm in NYC...some would be jealous, but after running back and forth between two grocery markets last night for things for prepping a meal, I was a little fed up. Sure there's a parade here, but I didn't go...guess that could be attributed to laziness and lack of motivation. Wow, debbie--downer I am. Anyhow, I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving in your perspective locations, I am missing you. One month and then we'll all unite for a crazy holiday bash!

Hi ya'll I finally got to NYC. It only took two flights and being picked up on by a little 19year old (preston no offense for the age thing). anyhow, life is good and get this, i get to come back to the west coast in 6 days. COUNT IT! i heart flying east to west coast. AHAHHAha. not really!

awhhhhhhhhh.... Doesn't this couple look cute or what?!?!?! I can't believe Nathan's getting married (it's about time....j/k) I took this picture when Brad and I were coming back home from Nevada. We stopped for a day in Bakersfield and went to Jacalito's Restaurant. I had fajitas; it was yummy. I need to try something different one of these days, because every time I would go to a Mexican Restaurant, I always get the same thing.

Working sucks

So everyone should tell Russell to be a good husband and agree to support his wife and daughter forever since working with a three month old sucks. I think I should just stay home with her so I don't miss her growing up! At least until she's five........

Hanging out in New York

So after having lived in New York for eight months I am loving it! I have just finished 1/2 way through nursing school and wow, time has just flown by. I think it wasn't too long ago that I was whining about having to put on a scarf and gloves everytime I went from one building to the next. Anyhow, So I am extremely stoked for summer!!! I am going to play in YellowStone, hit up Boise and it's boating adventures, go visit the family and my new niece, and say howdy to my "old life" and wonderful friends in Sdee. One month off. Hooray!!
