weekends.

I always tell  about the weekends where we go and do alot of things and go places but really the weekends I love the most are ones like this last one. Its always so great when its saturday and 3 o'clock rolls around. Because then shane is off and has two days off whaoooo!!!  It always feels like its been forever sense I have seen him  because once tuesday at 1 comes along we dont see each other very offen. So saturday we went to to springdale and went to oscars. It was delish as always. We went to visit our friend kristin an work and then went to get icecream. I love going up there its so beautiful. Im trying to talk shane into going on a hike This weekend we will see how that goes. Sunday was mothers day so we went to lunch at my grandparents house and hung out with the family. We got home and watched a movie and just relaxed. Monday was shanes moms birthday so we went up to cedar to his parents house and had dinner with his family. It was alot of fun visiting with them and playing with his neices and nephews.(it always reminds me why I only want 2 kids and not 6:] but it was a good time. Over all it was a nice relaxing weekend.

Also on saturday I had the opportunity to go up to zion and do Hair for a wedding. One of my clients is getting married so I went up and did her and her bridesmaids hair. It was alot of fun I love doing stuff like this. Its fun every once in a while to do something different with work.

These are a few of the projects I have been doing lately. Im gradually making stuff for our room.

Me and my cousin Kelsey made these letters it turned into quite the project but they turned out pretty cute.

 I should have tooken a before and after picture because this lamp was nasty before. I got it at DI and it was gold and a white top. 

I tried making shane take pictures with me but he wasnt really feeling it.....

softball.

This last saturday we went down to vegas for a tournament. They had a really good team this time and they took first place. It was alot of fun. 

Weekend.

Las Vegas was alot of fun. We went down Friday afternoon and did a little shopping and went to chevys:] My favorite. Got to the hotel and went hot tubbing which was a little scary the pool was in the really ghetto part of the hotel but we made it out alive. The next day we headed to the softball fields and we played four games won two lost two. Lets just say they were all struggling with hitting the ball.

Monday me and my mom headed up to salt lake to visit dallas. It was alot of fun we did a little shopping and ate at yummy places and of course grahm was a little sweetie. He actually liked me a little bit this trip.

feeling.

Im feeling very thankful for life today. For some reason I have been thinking about all the great things I have in my life and I am truely blessed. I have the greatest husband who loves and cares for me. My family is great and healthy and always there for me. Shane and I both have great jobs that give us more then enough. We have great friends and a great place to live. I think sometimes we take for granted what we have and we expect more. I have just been thinking of others that I know that dont have it as great and dont have family or have lost many loved ones, and I just feel so blessed.

   I am so thankful for this man. There are so many military men and women and I am grateful for them all. I couldnt do it thats for sure. I couldnt be that far away from loved ones not knowing when your going to be able to call. Not knowing when you can see them again. It takes a strong person not only to be in the military but to be a spouse a mother or father to one. These people are amazing and my heart is full of love for them. I love you brady you are one of my greatest heroes.

My oh My!

Sorry for the lack of posting. We have not had a computer so I havent been able to upload pictures. So this is a little of what we have been up to lately.

Okay so the weather has been super crazy lately I went from planting my flowers to ......

The next day driving to work in the snow. What the heck southern utah make up your mind:]

 We have had a alot of fun date nights.

Me and shane went to feista fun and hit at the driving range. Im a pretty good golfer let me just tell you that:]

Shane had to be different and paint his golf club blue.

We tend to go to feista fun alot were sorta like little kids.

We went to feista fun and played the video games with trever morgan and jake we put our tickets together and got like 2100 yeah were getting pretty good:]

After we of course had to get  us a treat.

Projects.

I have this thing I do. I start projects and I never finish them. So Im going to try to finish all my projects. This is the latest one I am almost finished with.

Shane wins a t shirt almost every softball tourny. So I decided that I needed to make something with them so this is what I started like four months ago I had almost all the squares cut out so two days ago I cut the rest out and sewed them all together. Then last night I got the backing on and got it all pined together so now all I have to do is sew sew sew:]
