Halley loves to eat whatever I am eating. She was flipping out when Nathan and I were eating corn on the cob, so I gave it to her to bite on. She didn't get any corn off of it, but it sure made for a cute picture. Also, I have learned in my short 13 months of motherhood, don't let your toddler feed themselves spaghetti. What a mess! At least she enjoyed it!
For a graduation present, my mom bought me a Disneyland pass. Heatherlee and Rachel have one too, so it has been a lot of fun to go with them. I even talked Nathan into buying one. So now we are really Southern Californians! Halley had a blast. Her favorite part was standing in line. She loves being out of her stroller, because now she is walking. I think her favorite ride so far is the Winnie the Pooh ride, or she probably doesn't care. Either way, we are having a lot of fun!
On August 7th I graduated from Cal State Fullerton! I finally have my B.S. in Early Childhood Education. I am so excited to be done and to use my knowledge to work with children. Halley is glad to have me be done too, because now we go swimming everyday!
My 23rd birthday was on August 9th, so we decided to have a big bash at my parents' home. My mom made her famous pizza, and we had cake and ice cream. It was a lot of fun.
For my actual birthday, Nathan took me to see Wicked in L.A. It was so cool. We really enjoyed it. We even want to see it again! Enjoy the pictures.
