Found on YouTube

A couple weeks ago we had the opportunity to attend a Seattle Mariners baseball game. We headed up to Seattle earlier in the day and took in some Seattle attractions, ie. Pike Place Market and the boardwalk. We got to the game early as it was Bobble head night, and the boys including Justin enjoy watching the batting practice before the game. Lets just say it was an incredible game to be at especially the 7th inning and beyond. We also discovered that my brother Craig who lives in Canada happened to be at the same game with his friends and family, and my sister Stephanie was also at the same game with her husbands family, unplanned....crazy!! A few days later my brother was looking to relive the experience and watching clips of the excitement only to come across this video, pay attention at 1:22.

Canada Day

I read a few blogs that have such great journaling along with pictures/video and I just can't seem to come up with anything catchy or exciting to go along with this video. We had a great time yesterday for Canada Day, full of activities and sunshine, what else could you ask for?

After the recent visit of my sister-in-law and family and her letting me know that I have no reason as to why I have not blogged here I am blogging once again. I will attempt to catch everyone up on the happenings since apparently the 1st of the year and now here we are almost halfway through the year, my how time flies.

A Creative Child

Austen, from the time he was very little has always had something creative in mind to do or try. Until lately it has been crocheting and drawing, but he has discovered something he loves to do, stop motion animation. That's right my seven year old has developed a desire to create movies with his LEGO minifigures. It is a new budding talent and with the gift of a new digital camera for christmas he has now completed his first 20 second movie titled "A Brother's Problem" and with his permission I share with you the masterpiece.
