Miranda going to the temple!

One of those special days that makes a mom's heart happy. Being in the Draper temple with two of my kids was for sure a bonus day for me.

Not sure what happened with the camera on these next photos, but I'm still glad we have them. 

Grammy and Papa's 50th Anniversary

Miranda and I decided to fly down to Albuquerque to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Miranda came because she knew she would not get another chance to see the Sant family before leaving on her mission,  We had a great time. We celebrated by going out to a great steakhouse of course.

President's Day Weekend in St George

As a little last hurrah family trip before Miranda leaves on her mission we decide to spend President's Day weekend in St George. The Proctor family decided to join in on the fun too.  We rented this really nice condo for the weekend and spent time hiking, playing, and eating great food.  The Ruppers were also in St George this weekend so they joined in on some of our hikes too. On Saturday we went on a hike in Snow Canyon.  It was BEAUTIFUL.

We also went and hiked on the bluffs right in St. George.  We had dun exploring all those red cliffs and boulders.  Kind of felt like a mini Goblin Valley or Mars.

Tyler's Sweatheart's Dance

Tyler got asked to Jordan High's Sweethearts dance by Ellie Jenkins. To ask the boys to the dance,  Ellie and Calli taped crime scene bodies on the floor of the seminary building and said they would die to go to sweethearts with them.  Tyler gave her a "heart attack" to say yes.

 The girls had the van they were driving to the dance in all decked out in mini white lights.

Before the dance Calli's mom took pictures of the group at Rachel's house.  Much cheaper than paying for the ones they take at the dance. They ate dinner at Rachel's house too.
