Tykin's Baptism

Tykin got Baptized on March 15 2009. He was so excited and ready to get baptized! That morning when he got out of the shower he told me that he was practicing getting baptized in the shower. He told me to bad I didn't take a bath instead. What a funny kid. Even though we really missed our families and wish they could of come, the day turned out really nice. Tykin had a big grin from ear to ear the whole time, and Riley did really great with the baptism and Confirmation. We greatly appreciate the love and support we received from the members of our ward and all of our friends! My two handsome boys. I am so proud of them both!Bishop James Anderson, Tykin, RileySister Durray, Tykin, Sister Strickland. Ice Hockey!

A few weeks ago our neighbors lawn froze over and the kids loved playing on it. It was like their own ice rink. They decided they wanted to play hockey, so they got some scrap boards and a block of wood for a puck. Kept them entertained for hours. Then they decided they needed ice skates to be real hockey players so we headed to the Goodwill (or the D.I. if you live in Utah) and we found some brand new hockey skates for both of the kids for only $6.00 a pair. What a great day! The kids had so much fun skating around and were actually pretty good at it, it's just to bad the ice melted the next day!!

This was Tallins means of transportation on the ice!

Hahaha, snapped this pic right after Riley fell on his butt! Trust me it was pretty funny!

Our cute little family after a serious game of hockey!
