Merry Christmas!

We were able to go to Grandma's house for Christmas eve and Christmas Day. Here are the kids enjoying their Santa Claus presents. Richard got Optimus Prime Jammie's for his birthday and Mommie and Daddy got him matching slippers for Christmas. Here Rich is with his Optimus Prime and Abby learning to unwrap presents.

work

I have been given more days to work this month. My only 3 day weekend this month is gone. One of my co-worker had his gallbladder out he somehow talk the doctor into putting him on bed rest for 2 weeks. Then he goes on leave for 2 weeks so he gets out of an entire month of work. Guess who has to pick up the slack it will be a fun month, yeah.

Thanksgiving

This is Abby with her piggy tails that Auntie Sarah gave her. Isn't she cute thanks Sarah. We had a great Thanksgiving we missed the meal because I had to work but it was still a fun weekend overall. We got to see the See's who we hadn't seen since our voyage to El Paso. Richard even enjoyed the weekend with all his tooth pain. We were able to go see 4 Christmases which was hysterical.

The car show

My sister and her family were so excited about the car show. We had never been so when they invited us we went along. We had fun climbing around in all the cars and playing with all the buttons and knobs. We missed the test drive because we showed up late, but we still had alot of fun.

Work colds

My cold that the doctor says is bronchitis is now better. Now everyone else I work with is sick, eww. The vicious cycle of being locked in a building with no windows and 2 doors to get out ( and they both can't be opened at the same time). We need better air circulation so we stop making each other sick. I can guarantee I'll be sick again in a month.

Abby's newest skill!

Abby is loving daycare she loves to play with all the kids. She has learned so much already in less than 3 weeks. She can now walk which we all knew was coming we were just waiting. Also she has become an expert climber, which has not made mommie or daddy happy. She climbs on the playset at school all day and is not yet big enough to climb on her brothers. So when she comes home she pushes the shoes over to the subwoofer and proceeds to use it to get on top of the entertainment center. She is so proud of herself when she does it and she just sits there putting baby hand prints on the TV. All the baby gates, latches and plug stopper aren't going to stop this one. now We need to teach her how to get down.


Abby is also the only one her class who does not crawl out the door, she uses the doorjam to hold onto and steps out.

My on going cold!

At first all of us at work tried to blame it on the gross flu mist the air force makes us take. It is the most disgusting stuff ever! I have had this cold for 2 weeks, I thought it was better Tuesday and Wednesday. When I had to return to work on Friday I woke up hacking again. When I worked nights last last week I even had a lady accuse me of sleeping, I was so irritated. When you have a job were you have to talk on the phone all day or night losing you voice sucks. I was told to go to the doctor several times but never did because they aren't going to let me do what I want (stay at home and sleep for 24 hours) so what is the point. Oh, well I know I will survive but now both of the kids are coughing and Abby has a running nose.

Halloween

We had a great Halloween!  Grandma came down to spend the night with us and go trick-or-treating.  We started out at a party at the Church on base and had yummy hamburgers and hotdogs with chips and chilli.  Then we came home and tired Abby tried to crash, so we gave her a bath and Rich went out with Grandma.  Over all it was a pretty fun night, This was the only picture we got because Abby was already in bed.

Abby

She learned how to climb up the stairs by herself on Friday. I went to get ready for work and came out of the upstairs bathroom and she was siting outside the door smiling at me. Yesterday she took her first steps by herself I was so excited. She has been balancing for weeks this is the first time she just let go took 3 steps by herself and sat down.

Rich's first pony ride

Rich wanted to ride the pony, I thought he would chicken out but he didn't. He smiled the whole time. We did this yesterday when we went to pick a pumpkin.

Pumpkin patch

We went to Agua Linda Farms to get a Pumpkin. They had a petting zoo and a hay maze, We let Rich lead us thru he did a really good job. Abby loved to pet this baby sheep, Rich figuared it was fine once Abby did it. He was amazed by how soft it was he said it felt just like Monster. We were so glad Auntie Katee was able to come down and go with us. We had fun being in the wood cut out and Abby loved the baby tire swing. Over all the Noah's and the Scott's had a great day.

Reunion

Saundra and I had fun at our 10 year high school Reunion. We saw a lot of our old friends and the ones that couldn't make it were missed. Saundra said you could tell who was still single by how they were dressed. She said all the married people with kids had on practical dressy clothes and all the single people had on fashionable clothes.

The dangers of playing at Grandma's house were fully realized by Abby tonight. She was happy as can be crawling around in the kitchen when Grandma called me over to find this. Abby was stuck, she wanted to stand up to move the chair instead of helping we took pictures and laughed at her. Auntie Katee rescued her after about 5 minutes.

Rich's Soccer

Rich had fun at his Soccer game. He ran and kicked (In his words) , his favorite part was the capri sun and fruit snacks he got when the game was over.

Happy Birthday to me.

Today was my Birthday, It was a fun day. Probably the best Birthday since Mom took me and Sarah to Disneyland a couple of years ago. Rich was up throwing up last night but today he was all better and could go to school and play with his friends. Auntie Heather and Jenna took me and Abby to lunch they loved to share with us. We had a good day all of my siblings and Mom called to say Happy Birthday. Richard even got me 3 cards 2 from him and 1 from the kids. It was a good Birthday thanks everybody.
