I can't believe how fast summer seems to fly by! I seem pretty good at filling it up with fun things to do...which may have something to do with it! We've hit some sort of park at least twice a week, friends galore, and plenty of trips to Utah!
I keep feeling bad that our camera never makes it to these outings, otherwise, I'd be filling up my Facebook account and this blog with more than enough pictures! Maybe when we get our new camera, we'll see what happens.
Scentsy is a huge part of my life...it seems as if we can't go anywhere until "the lady comes to get her Scentsy stuff." Which I'm loving! Business isn't good unless you have someone coming to buy stuff!
We are in love with our ward and family! Life is so good when friends and family are near!

Been a while!!
So, in an effort to keep this blog "up beat" I've taken a hyadas from blogging while life took its course and gave us a "run for the money"...literally!
Now that Darren has accepted a new job, we'll be excited to get a constant paycheck instead of a sporatic "Here's a couple of bucks."
So, to catch everyone up on what's going on here...
Darren starts his new job on Feb. 16th. We've been hoping and praying everything would work out and it finally did!
I am having fun with Scentsy! It's taken me places and helped me meet new people I will love and cherrish for the rest of my life!! I'm enjoying hanging out with some new girlfriends I met a little while ago...they are a BLAST!! I am LOVING my calling as the activity day girls leader! I'm staying busy and mostly trying to keep up!
Thomas' birthday is TODAY!! He's now 6! I can't believe how fast these kids grow! He LOVES kindergarden and his friends! He's such a good big brother and is having a blast being a "big kid."
Lindsey is in Preschool and loves it! She is my make-believe girl! She always has a story to tell and a game to play! Hopefully it will come in handy in the future! She's my big helper when Thomas is in school and is the nicest 4 year old I know!
Sara is really starting to talk!!! YAHOO!!! She has a word that she uses for everything she doesn't know how to say, it's "Daboo." She seems to expect me to know what she's talking about, but only half the time I do...ugh...at least she's learning fast, maybe it won't last too much longer! But that's what you expect from a 2 year old!! I'm hoping to get serious on the potty training with her when it's summertime...I'm not brave enough to potty train in the dead of winter!!
Bridget is now really close to 9 months. Two days to go! :) She is such a Mommy's girl, but there's just sometimes where Daddy is what she wants. She is an awesome baby! She LOVES Thomas to take her away and go play something or watch a movie. She loves food and would eat all day long if I had the patience. The next step for her is crawling. All our kids haven't crawled or walked on time...I think it's mostly because we have hard wood floors and so they don't get put on the floor to play very often...they play on the couch instead.
Well, there's our life in a nutshell at the moment. I'll post some pics from the past few months next time.

Life, life, and more life!
Man, when it rains, it surely does poor!
I won't go into a lot of detail, but basically, I've stepped up working while Darren continues 'volunteering', I was in an accident a couple weeks ago and just got the van back, but now I have to get a new driver's license so I can go to court this week. Then to top it all off, I'm so incredibly sick with some sort of flu or bad cold it's discusting. My life is so disorganized lately, I'm missing 20 important things and I seem to be going crazy at times!
I hope life gets better soon! Definately keeping my chin up!

THANK YOU JAMIE!!!!
Many of you know my obsession with my friend Jamie's photos. I still can't believe how awesome the pics ALWAYS turn out!! These were taken the Sunday or two after Bridget was born. LOVE THEM!!!

Thomas LOVES Kindergarden!!
So if you've never heard Thomas talk about things he LOVES, just ask him about kindergarden and you'll get an ear full!! Everyday he comes home and tells me what happened in class. The funniest is hearing him try to name the kids in his class. Oh, and if he tells you a rule at school, you can bet he broke the rule and that's why he knows!! haha Like when he told me "you're supposed to be quiet at story time, or you have to sit at the table away from everyone". "Oh ya?" I respond. "Did you have to sit at the table during story time Thomas?" He nods. "Are you going to be noisy next time?" I ask. He shakes his head. "No way!"
He cracks me up!!
I did take pics of him getting on the bus the first day of school...the bus driver got a chuckle out of it...so maybe I'll post them soon. ;) Like in the next 3 months...

New stage of life...
So I'm feeling old tonight. I have a Kindergardener starting Wednesday, and my hubby just turned 30...which means I'm not too far behind him.
Everything in my life isn't exactly how I had imagined it, but it's pretty stinkin' close! I wanted a loving hubby and at least few kids by now, and I do. We have the just right starter house, but we're still waiting on that perfect job! I'm not sure there's such a thing anymore, but we keep trying to find it! The only big thing left on our Life List are to build our own house and travel a bit. Not too bad I'd say! Everything else on the list is just extra.
We're watching The Bucket List tonight, which is funny, but also makes you think a little. Just another reminder to spend the time you have here on earth wisely. Spending your time with the people you love the most and doing what truely makes you happy.
I'm so greatful for kids who are so good. They make me laugh daily, and bring me so much joy. I'm greatful for a husband who couldn't love me any more than he does. I couldn't ask for a better eternal companion. I love him so much!
Hugs and kisses to all of my friends and family, there's not a bad apple in the bunch!

No TV
So since the digital switch we haven't had any TV. This is an extra crazy thing for us since our lives basically revolved around the TV. It was always on! So now it's been more than a month without and I can't believe how much I've accomplished! I mean, a baby quilt done in one day? With four small children? I'm not sure any of you find this even remotely interesting, but I do! I've gone more places and done more things than I can even remember!
Oh ya, we actually got converter boxes online the other day and got one TV up and running. Since then, it hasn't been turned on except to watch a couple movies we had. I'm glad I didn't spend anything on them!
I'm actually enjoying being out of the loop! I don't even know what the weatherman said about tomorrow...and I honestly do not care! Life is so much more enjoyable when you're only worrying about what happens within the walls of your home...and not the rest of the world.
