Christmas Parade

Caleb and Joshua got to be in their first parade this afternoon. The antique fire engine Craig purchased for the church earlier this year (see older posts) has been fixed up and represented the church in the Conyers parade. The kids had a great time throwing candy and waving to everyone.

Paging Dr. Jacob

All three boys have been in the process of coming down with a bug.
We have been constantly taking someone's temperature.
So Jacob has decided to get in on the act.

More Backyard Views

Here are some pictures of the grassy part of our backyard just so you don't get the impression that we live in the woods. :) The boys (including all the neighbors) love to ride their vehicles down this hill. You can't quite tell just how steep this hill is in the picture but they can go quite fast on this slope. I predict the grass will be completely dead and run down in just a few more weeks! These pictures were taken when we first moved in so things were still green then.

Backyard View

Here's a picture of the wooded part of our backyard. Aren't the colors beautiful! We are on an acre and actually have a large grassy area in the back for playing. Where the "woods" begin, it goes for several feet and then starts sloping down into a ravine. This is great in that the house that will eventually get built behind ours will never be close and we won't even be able to see it.

Fish School

We just visited the Georgia Aquarium. It is the nations' largest. We wore our costumes so the kids could get in free - of course I couldn't pass up a good deal! We had a great time and saw animals that reminded us just how amazing our Creator is. This picture is taken infront of a literal wall of glass approximately 18 ft. tall where you could see all the fish.

First Hair Cut

Jacob got his first haircut and here's a picture of his new "do".
He is taking about 7 or more steps at a time now so anyday he will say goodbye to crawling.

New House

We found a house!!!
We closed on our house and are in the process of getting moved in. God definitely provided this house and it is perfect for the Beall family in so many ways!

Fish Tales

The church staff spent an evening at the lake and Craig caught two fish!

Atlanta Children's Museum

We all had so much fun at the museum. There were so many fun things to do!

They had face painting for the kids and Joshua chose a tiger. ROAR!

Is this the cutest puppy ever? Caleb LOVED having his face painted and cried when we had to wash his face that night.

They had a special section for for little ones and Jacob had a great time exploring.

Wagons Ho!

Jacob is loving wagon rides and wearing his hat these days.

Birthday!!!

Since Craig and Jacob share a birthday we chose a theme that all the Bealls boys love...JOHN DEERE! Can you believe Jacob is a year old???

Pet for a Day

Caleb spotted an Eastern Box Turtle out our kitchen window the other morning and long story short, we took care of him for a couple of days and learned a lot about turtles! We named him speedy. I can now add to my list of life accomplishments: cleaning up turtle droppings :)

Here was the final product. Looks good doesn't it???

Chefs Caleb & Joshua

For the July 4th party the boys made a strawberry pie. People were talking about how yummy it was and were impressed when I told them the boys made it!

Drivers Ed

Jacob loves to have the boys push him in the cozy coupe.

Bath Time

Jacob LOVES to take baths. All you have to say is, "Do you want to take a bath?" and he goes wild!

Joshua decided the safer route was to help drive the boat :)

July 4th at the Lake

For July 4th one of the church members had several families over to his lake house and the boys got to ride the boat and watch a great fireworks show at the end of the eveing. Caleb (no suprise) was more than brave enough to ride behind the boat.

Here's the house we are renting.
Jacob is eating lots of table food and loving it!

Jacob Has a New Friend

Jasmine never really wanted to have anything to do with Jacob...UNTIL he started eating Cheerios that is! He feeds her regulary now so Jasmine has a new appreciation for him.
The big guys like to play with Jacob's toys just as much as he does! Anytime Jacob hears them laughing, he joins in even if he doesn't know what he's laughing at.

Craig's First Major Purchase for the Church

As Executive Pastor you might think Craig's first major purchase might have been a top notch security system or a new computer system, but nooooooooooo. The children's minister in him came out when he saw this antiquie fire truck for sale in someone's yard and the next thing you know, the church owns it and it is going to be outfitted with all kinds of neat features. The plans are to use it in the community for outreach and possibly in parades, etc. He really did get a great deal on this and had just a little bit of fun buying it too!
