Blogging Interest Plunging A Bit

My interest, time and energy were almost taken by my sports activities these past few days. I could seldom update my blogs, cannot do much of a blog hopping and have not even tried to do the EC dropping and adgitizing things yet.

I hope I can program my bodily activities from which I can instantly shift from one tasks to another without sacrificing any of them.

Obviously, there has been a sudden boost of hobbies in me in which I have grabbed almost anything which came up to me. Not that I am regretful about it but I just wish I could have more strength to carry them all out.

But I am still trying to cope up on things. I am trying to be at least linked to some Memes and also trying to get back to those who dropped by at and followed my page.

Blog Renewals

It's the time of the year again as I have availed of annual renewal for my domain and blog hosting. Last month I actually advanced the payment to renew my domains as I am certainly comfortable enough with my provider. This time I guess I would need to renew for my host as well and I am thinking if I will be taking it from the same provider and of course same server or if I should avail a new package from a new source. I am actually looking for something like pci hosting as I have experienced some problems in the past which I do not want to recur. I was tired raising trouble tickets over and over again and until this time I am not sure if some of my sites have been removed from being an attacked page. Of course not anyone would like to have incident as such as that would use up effort and time and would sometime give up the quality of the services or thoughts that you are offering to your customers or visitors. Sometimes it even requires financial involvement like you would be charge for some troubleshooting fees. I hope I can make a good decision this time something really worthwhile to take risk for.

I am so sorry that I cannot do blog hop as much as I want for some reasons:

In Office:

Aside from its obviously prohibited during office hours, all blogs with blogspot extensions are blocked.

At home:

No sites are blocked except that my internet connection is too slow that it cannot accommodate getting into sites. More often than not the site is being accessed but it doesn't push through and eventually errors are popping out.

I am so pissed and so disappointed as I really would like to return favor to my blogging friends and I am honest with it.

My Meme Project

While I have been trying to reactivate my blogs I am also trying to organize each of them.

I want them updated on a regular basis even if I don't have some filler posts.

So this time I am preparing a list of memes to join.

Memes do not just mean of an own site regularly visited but it is also a tool to establish and improve site traffic.

Will publish a list soon and hoping that I made the right choice.

How to Start Blogging and Earning On-line

I made a letter for a co-worker who showed an interest to earn on-line as well. Since we do not have much time in office, I hope this somehow helps.

I know I have promised to discuss with you about my $ sideline thing and I hope I can somehow share it thru here.

As for me I have two ways earning online. The first one is direct from the advertiser and the other one is that of on a commissioning basis.

1) Direct - here you have to set-up your own blogsite. You may register either on www.blogger.com (via www.google.com wherein you have to create an email address with gmail) or on http://www.wordpress.com/.

It requires patience and perseverance as you cannot earn in an instant. Once you have created your blogsite, you have to wait until it aged at least 90days AND with at least 20-30posts or articles which you will have to write. When it does, you will have to submit it to various advertisers such www.blogsvertise.com , www.sponsoredreviews.com , etc. If ever your blog will be approved they will sentd you blog assignments - some sort of product reviews or on-line site promotions (article). You will be paid at least $5 for an article depending on the number of words as required.

　

2) In commissioning you will have to establish connections. Some bloggers do not have enough time to write for their sites for some filler posts or it could be that they can no longer accommodate all the blog assignments they are receiving so they tend to pass it to another writer. But the earnings in here is not as much earning directly. In most cases $1 per 100words.

How will you obtain your payment? You need to enrol in www.paypal.com (there are available instructions to follow). The email address you will be using in there will become your paypal account. Earnings on paypal can be transferred to your existing bank accounts (with charges =( ).

When you register to paypal you will be asked for a credit card in which a $2 equivalent amount will be charged BUT it will be refunded to your paypal account to become your initial balance.

My sites have been idle since October 2010 so I temporarily stopped earning direct assignments. But I am being paid at least $50-$80/month now for some commissioned writing. My friend who's long been blogging is earning at least $1000/month now. She has 10 existing and active sites. Her husband has 5. Dami po no? The secret lies on the number of blog sites you maintain. So the more blog sites you have, the more chances of earning $$$ on-line.

Just another Boss Came in

I am just so glad seeing how my clients list is growing, so happy knowing how they appreciate my piece of writing and it is such a joy while they welcome my simple ideas.

Just yesterday when my friend introduced a new boss I will be sharing thoughts with. And guess what, my first assignment is to write a travel post with a minimum of 400 words requirement. What an initiation rite! I never thought I could do the tasks in about twenty minutes or so.

Duh, it only means that I just got another source of extra income and I must do well in it.

5days = $144.27

Yes! I have got One Hundred Forty Four and 27/100 dollars in my account now. Believe it or not I had it in just five days. It started at twenty five dollars and now it's growing.

It takes a lot of patience while you campaign for more referrals. You can even earn more than I am. Just make sure to log-in to your account regularly so your earnings won't be forfeited.

Payment Delayed?

I am anticipating for my first opps payment last August 28 but when I looked at my paypal no dollars  were received yet.

Is it because that date fell on a Saturday? Or it might be that today is a legal holiday? Well, I just hope I will be able to get it as this will be my solid proof that blogging can really be my fall back just in case I get tired of dealing with numbers. Maybe I just need to exert  a bit more of patience. Wish me luck.

 - I was in a badminton court. Welcomed back by the place as I get to play again.

2. Tell us who is you favorite non-family member to hang out with?
- as of these days, it's the Tropang Utot - my office friends.

3. What was the last thing that happened to anger you?
- just lately when there was power interruption, because my PC shut down.

4. What was the last thing that you saw that was shocking to see?
- my friend's comment about a thing.

5. What is your favorite thing to do on Saturday besides Saturday 9?
-playing with my kiddo.

6. Have you had your summer vacation yet? If yes tell us about it.
-yes. I had it with my office mates in resort where we had so much funny bonding moments.

7. Pick out one of your cousins and tell us about them.
-My Kuya Hajie, he was the sweetest cousin I have. We are sometimes mistaken to be lovers by those people who do not actually know us, as he was so sweet and caring.

8. Do you have any special plans for next week?
- Practice volleyball and badminton for our upcoming company sports fest.

9. At what age will you consider yourself old and why?
- I guess reaching the age of 60 as that's when the senior citizen thing begins.

Hosting A Meme - Why Not?

Since I have joined a lot of Memes, I have got enough of enthusiasms about it. And now I am planning to have my own Meme. I just want to experience hosting such activity since I am making myself available on-line most of the time.

So aside from me joining other blog sharing moments, I will be very happy to see people sharing their thoughts by linking with my themes as set.

I would probably hold it every Saturday. One of these days I am planning to launch it and I am hoping that more of my blogging friends will patronize it. 

Just sit back, relax and wait as it happens.

Still Have Not Learned About EC Dropping and Adgitizing :(

It is one of my objectives to fully established my sites while they are new. I have been spending at least five (5) hours every night to update my posts and blog hop.

Just the other night, as I have already mentioned, I organized and distributed the Memes for me to join in from time to time. With that, I can now follow a certain system of my blog hopping activity in which I am expecting to earn more traffic and eventually gain more followers and win some on-line friends.

Sometimes it is just so frustrating that those whom you get to follow do not return the favor. Well I guess, it is basically part of the blogging experience and I must give them the benefit of the doubt and understand that bloggers do not just sit in front of their computers 24 hours a day. Even myself allot only one-fourth (1/4) of my time daily.

For this reason, I should learn more tips and ways on how to increase traffic and maybe thats EC dropping and adgitizing. I must admit until this very moment, I still do not know how to do such.

 

Bloggers' Lingo "Meme" Defined

Just last night I organized my four (4) sites as to the Memes I have picked and I was planning to join.

I had them spread maybe not evenly among my blog sites but at least I tried to keep one meme per site per day.

What is Meme anyways? Is it synonymous to the a baby term for sleeping? I don't think so.

Well, my personal understanding about this is that, it is a way to have some sort of connections while sharing your thoughts about a certain topic or interest in the blogosphere.

According to Merriam-Webster On-line Dictionary, it is an alteration of "mimeme", from mim - (as in mimesis) +-eme in 1976. It means an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within the same culture.

Meme on blogging is a way of earning traffic for your sites and a sort of winning new friends. So I am now making it part of my blogging habit. Make it yours too.

My Friend Wants to be a Blogger Too

We are originally five (5) in our college group of friends and we call ourselves "Tropang Lima". We were together five (5) times a week then from first year till we graduated in 2002. Until now, we never lose communication, we send text messages sometimes, we chat on-line given the chance and we still gather once in a while for some sort of updating ourselves regarding love life, career and etc. 

There are times when we really do have diverse interests though we try to settle things to get into one common decision in the end. I remember back in college we were having petty conflicts in choosing our venue for lunch. I was the original villain in our story even during those times when Niko was sharing about her passion for blogging and on how she is earning from it. I actually believe her but I don't agree when she said that sometimes she does the thing in office (free-time). I said I'd rather sleep during lunch breaks or spend my time chatting with friends on-line and update my social networking profile. Until I came to the point of getting tired of it all and wanted to try something new. Since I also have the heart in writing I took the opportunity publishing them on-line and that was the start of my love for blogging.

At first, I didn't have enough of determination to pursue it so I stopped and skipped for a year or so. Now that I am fully into it, I am becoming another living testimony of how blogging can be some sort of a side line. 

Kat already has her site and has been writing on a commissioned basis. And this post is actually for Beth, she has already expressed her wanting to create a blog for the purpose of earning as well. I just wish she will push through with it. I have also offered to help her and I am now trying to think of what is going to be her blog's title.

I have also been encouraging Dhang so she can redirect her homesickness and even share her feelings through blogging.

Isn't it  a good idea? Who would have thought we can establish our dream of putting-up our own subdivision with houses built and inspired by our favorite colors and symbols through our blog earnings in the future?

Need to Know More

I envy those bloggers who earn a lot doing the blogging thing. I just want to be like them. I want to achieve and gain more from writing just like them.

Imagine myself earning almost the same as my pay in my current employer? Not bad right? Earning extra and enjoying in my craft.

I guess I need to know more, understand more and work for more. I must have a full grasp of everything about blogging. For now, I need to absorb the ideas of earning traffic, through adgitizing and dropping of entrecard and etc.

Still a long way to go for me, I may have to exercise a lot of patience and determination.

Last July, I earned $26 from commissioned articles. There was also a GC worth $60 but I don’t know how I can use it. For this month, I’ve got $7 more of it and $35 unpaid from my own opps.

I must strive harder to increase my earnings. This will definitely do me a lot in the future.
