Baby #4

It's a GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we got home, we sent the boys on a scavanger hunt to inform them of their soon-to-be baby sister. At the end was a little girl doll all dressed in pink. Get ready boys!

Much to Clayton's dismay (he was SURE it was another brother) he finds a pink doll.

Andrew has no idea what is about to happen to his "baby" status.

We are thrilled! Baby girl is healthy and right on track for growth. We didn't think it was possible to produce the female gender, so we were pretty surprised at the ultrasound. As we talked about it more and more the boys have warmed up to the idea and I think they are a little excited too. Although they are very perplexed at some of the girl clothing that has arrived in the mail.

Lowman baby #4 on its way! Due April 21st, 2011

Pretty darn amazing.

This July we took our annual Lowman vactaion to the beach, played with counsins, attended the blessing of our newest cousin, packed up our house with the help of our fairy grandmother, bought our first house, loaded our truck, said good-bye to friends, moved into our new home, met new friends and neighbors and unpacked a few boxes :) Wow. We made it. The boys have been super. We are happy, very happy.

Getting ready for Cars 2 to start

My Clayton turned 6 years old today, and Cars 2 opened in theaters. We had a fun birthday celebration at the Sparta theater having a tour of the projection room, cake and icecream, presents and watching the "best movie ever!" (Clayton's words exactly) It was a perfect fit for my car-loving boy. He was all smiles, giggles, and squeals of delight during the show :)

Anniversary weekend

8 years of marriage were celebrated this weekend with a delicious breakfast at Maggie's Cafe, 25 mile bike ride along the Great River Trail & sushi in LaCrosse. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Jesse for providing a full day of child care for 3 of the greatest products of our marriage :)
