Coaching Fast Pitch
This was Jayla's first year for fast pitch and I got to be the coach. I loved it actually. I had the awesomest girls and Jayla made lots of new friends.

Roaring Springs
We managed to take a break from the kitchen remodel and spend the day at Roaring Springs. We have our annual trip with friends and our kids look forward to it every year. We all have a blast.
Ethan and a buddy at the end of the black hole slide.
Wade and I even managed to make a few runs just us. It was a lot of fun to have him there.
Colby would go down the racing slides all by himself. It was amazing to watch such a little guy take off alone. He is so light he never made it to the end of the slide and someone (usually the life guard) would have to walk to him and carry his mat for him.

Fall soccer 2011
Jayla was an awesome defender this year and her team was tough. We played kids against parents and even we couldn't beat them! Ethan rocked as goalie! He never let the ball get past him.

We took Jayla and Ethan skiing at Pomerelle last week since there was no school. They are both beginners so most of the time was spent tutoring and falling of course! That aside we all had a great time! They were begging to stay longer when we finally packed up at 9:30pm. This is definitely an activity we will be doing more of as a family!
Ethan is now known as 360....following his fabulous trick of doing a 360 on his skis as his way of stopping or slowing down. It is a fabulous trick but we had a super hard time teaching him the right way to stop.Wade and I have very few pics together due to one of us is usually behind the camera but now that Jayla is older she is able to snap a few of us. I really like this one of us in the lodge!

First Day of School 2010
Here are the kidos on their first day of school. I love the excitement for the first day. Clothes are laid out, teeth are brushed, and they are continually asking "Can we leave now". Too bad all that doesn't last.

Look What I Have Been Up To Lately....
I started a couple projects at the beginning of summer and vowed I would get them done before school started. So I have been working on them the past couple weeks (nothing like procrastinating) and finally got them done. I am really happy how things turned out.
My first project was these decoupage squares for my main bathroom. I used canvases from the dollar store, pained the edges, and modge podged the scrapbook paper on. I think they turned out great and they are perfect for that bathroom. The other thing I started was making curtains for the boy's bedroom. I found this cool airplane fabric which matched the airplane picture Grandma Toner painted for their room.
Then I found some cool airplanes to hang from the ceiling and some airplane pegs for their jackets and "stuff".
The boys love their room and I had a lot of fun putting it together. I still need to find some comforters for their beds, but that will be later.
