Yesterday I made a really yummy dinner. It's a recipe from Rachel Ray, it's called grainy mustard chicken and I will say that you can't eat too much of it as the flavor is very strong but oh my it was one of my favorite recipies!!!

I have been looking more into food storage and watched a movie about it and she gave such great information her name is Wendy Dewitt and her blog is everythingunderthesunblog.blogspot.com she even talks about how to make a rocket oven so if there is no electricity you have another way to cook. She has a book that talks about food storage and to obtain it you just email her and its free! I am hoping to get a hold of her to see if she still does classes. If you have any great advice on how to use a pressure cooker or any recipes or anything send it my way. I right now for food do the peaches, pears, jellies, jams, peach and apple pie fillings, apple sauce, spaghetti sauce, salsa's and grape juice. I am still researching how to do the dry packing and how to use the air seal packets so I can have ready made meals in the quart jars but still not sure how to use them. I will post things I find out and recipes too. I also have right now gestational diabetes so I do have to becareful with what I have in my storage and will have to make sure that I keep eatting this way due to my AC1 levels being high and diabetes running in my family so I am really likely to have this disease so if you have recipes that are diabetic friendly let me know.

Ok so on the 15th of this month my twin sister and I are going to, til the end of the month, try something knew with our style everyday. I have come up with a list and take pictures and then post them on our blogs. It's a boy! When the Dr. told us that it's a boy Taegen went to the corner and was so mad and sad saying, "I want it to be a girl!" We told her that the baby loves her and that she will just love the baby once she see's him, but she kept saying she wants a girl. I felt bad for her. I am very happy that we have a healthy baby no matter what the sex is but I did feel bad for her, she is surrounded by boys. My twin sister has 4 girls but she lives far away and then all of her other cousins are boys and she really wanted someone to play with, to do the girly stuff with. It was pretty funny though the way she reacted. When we were eatting lunch she did finally tell me that it's ok to have the baby be a boy, ha ha. The Dr. said that the baby kept snuggling up to the placenta so this baby might be a cuddle bug which of course makes me very happy if he is I love it when babys snuggle! He is measuring a week behind but she said that it's not enough to change the due date. It's funny because I had gestational diabetes with Brock and they said that with that babies tend to be very large and Brock was he was born at 37 weeks and still was 8lbs 10oz and Taegen was pretty good sized to she was 37 weeks and 7lbs 10oz and so its funny that this little guy is smaller, but we will see if it changes, the dotor said that they are all usually about the same size until the 3rd trimester. I just want a healthy baby! We are having a hard time with boys names so if you have any boys names to share let me know. It seems like we agree on a lot more girls names then on boys.

Ok so there really hasn't been a lot of things going on in our life, just being a mom of two really cute, crazy kids and just trying to live life and be better today then I was yesterday. There is some fun great news, we are expecting our third child due in June but we think that he/she will come in May just because I usually go early. Taegen and I think it's going to be a girl. We will find out on Friday. I don't really have any New Year's resolutions, I don't really do that stuff just because I really want to work on myself always, trying to improve on the many things that I need to work on but I do really believe that it is important to set goals for yourself and not just because it's a new year but because it's always a good thing to progress in life. I will try harder this time around to keep you all informed in what is going on in our lives as there are some of you family members that I don't get to see or talk to very much!
