Capsule vol.1 is a spatial puzzle; an experiment with creating an extended space through sonic events. Constructing virtual fields by encapsulating spaces with different acoustic characteristics.

The vault of Capsule vol.1 evolves from the ebb-tide of different musical textures. The narrative of the piece is constructed by the listener themselves.

The current project was conceived in collaboration with András Simongati Farquhar.
The installation functions exclusively as a listening space: it is a multi-channel sound installation - doesn’t contain any specific visual elements.

A Capsule vol.1 egy térbeli ördöglakat; egy kiterjesztett virtuális tér létrehozására tett kísérlet hangzó jelenségeken keresztül. Különbözö akusztikai tulajdonságokkal rendelkezö terek egymásba ágyazása virtuális tér illúzióját keltve.

Auditív dinamizmusokból álló történet, melynek ívét a különbözö zenei textúrák közötti apály-dagály jelenség bontakoztatja ki. A Capsule Vol.1 narrációját ezeken a hangi jelenségeken keresztül a hallgató alkotja meg.

Az installáció kizárólag hallgató térként funkcionál: több csatornás (multichannel) installáció - specifikus vizuális elemeket nem tartalmaz.

Tengelyesen rögzített, mozgató rendszerrel rendelkezö taktilis érzékelés alapján megmutatkozó plasztikák rendszere változó fényeffektusokkal

A tervezett installációban a szobrok egyedi mozgásukkal változó amplitudójú rezgéssel, komponált lassú mozgással pulzáló hálózatot alkotnak. Az elhelyezést - és formarendet a tapintás útján, szinte teljes testfelülettel való érzékelés igénye alakította ki.
A 28 szoborból álló installáció egészének főbb karakterisztikáját belső ritmusváltással rendelkező, ezáltal megszemélyesített mozgása, ‘imbolygása’ – illetve helyspecifikus kompozíciója adja.
Az egyes plasztikák elhelyezése a domborzathoz és a növényzethez komponált egyedi térrendezés mentén alakul ki.
Vízfelületen a hullámokhoz képest a rezonancia saját, kisebb hullámokat fejleszt, míg a szárazföld talajától elemelve lebegö érzést keltö mozgásokkal rendelkezik.

A projekt és a kollaboráció az ARTCENTER pályázati felhívása alkalmával jött létre.

Az installáció elkészítésének nagyságrandi keretösszege a felhívásban megpályázatott 10- 13 millio HUF.

The church tower’s time indicator function figures as the conceptual basis of the piece.
The sculptures are suspended at the highest point of the temple space, allowing them to make pendulum movements. Their design represents advancement against the physical drag. The pendulums’ paths develop a moving structure and create a rhythm; they are constantly changing and thus retune the space of the viewer. The installation makes an attempt to change the personal perception of time.

Computer software controls the cycles of the spatial choreography, determining the rhythm and intensity of each of the four sculpture’s movement.
