Peek-a-boo isn't good enough for this kid.
He wants me to act like an idiot.
Warning: This Blog may offend. Someone once described me as "straight from the school yard". It's true. I have the sense of humor and the wardrobe of a 13 year old boy. If you're looking for a blog that is thought provoking, clever or cute... move along.

Our House

Raegan wrote this poem about our house.
This is the house where I live
This is where I feel love like a dove
This is where it's a home not a gnome
This is where I play my game
and this is where there is nothing lame
and you can hear the doorbell ring
and feel the love all around (not like the pound!)
and somebody cares about meeeee!
I LOVE YOU MOM AND DAD!

No Nake-Up
This morning Ellie came into my bathroom while I was trying to get ready when she informed me,
"Mom, you're face look like this...

What not to say to your over due pregnant wife
When you're pregnant I always let myself go too.
I didn't let myself go. I'm pregnant.

Eye Kisses

For a while when Kendal was younger she was afraid to go to sleep in her bed. She said she was "afraid of bad dreams". So I started a little ritual of giving her a kiss on each eye every night before she went to bed to help her have good dreams. This always calmed her fears as she went to sleep. I still do this. She never lets me forget. If I do she'll call from her room in her sweet little voice "MOM. YOU FORGOT TO KISS MY EYES!"
Last night she came into to my room to get her eye kisses. This has become the new routine as I am 9 month pregnant, almost completely immobile and unable to climb up and lean over her bunk bed. After giving me a kiss and a hug she said, "Wait! I have to kiss the baby." She hugged and kissed my belly. Then she asked, "Where are the baby's eyes?" I pointed to a spot on my belly and she gave it two kisses, one for each eye. I gave her a big hug, said goodnight and she ran off to bed.

Conversations of a Married Couple
Me: I told you I had heartburn.
Luke: No you didn’t.
Yes I did.
Maybe I wasn’t listening.
But you responded.
That doesn’t mean I was listening.
(punched Luke in stomach)

Luke's 33 Birthday
My favorite part is Brittney sitting on the couch with a lap blanket saying "I'm going to be sore tomorrow."
Sean's friend Vanessa was a trooper. She got up and did this on a date and in front of a room full of strangers. Cicily, I don't know how you didn't win.
Sean and Richard are good sports. Rules are you're not allowed to pick the song. They ended up doing the gayest song on Just Dance. Brittney beat them sitting down.
Yes... This is the Championship round. These boys beat all of us wives.
We needed one final round to determine who is the True Just Dance King/Queen. James came out victorious. He is unstoppable.
