So my blog is finally back and I have some more posts. I tried to change it awhile ago and ended up erasing a million things. I have redone it and have posted for the past 2 months. Silly Family Night

One Sunday night we decided to dress up with the kids and be silly! What kid doesn't love to be silly with mom and dad. We had a great time and I have to say I have never seen a more better looking man, than Josh in this very picture.

Yay! Visitors!

Our good friends the Harris's came down to see us! We loved having them here, and meeting their new baby. We had a lot fun, and did a lot of things. We took the kids bowling, and to a museum and then to see the 2nd Madagascar movie. It was so much fun. We stayed up late every night playing games and watching movies. We love having them here and hope they come again soon!

William gets sick.

So on New Years Day William woke up so sick with croup that we had to take him to the ER because he couldn't breathe. They did a steroid treatment and a nebulizer treatment and sent us home. We ended up back at the ER the next day, and then spending the night at the hospital. We went home and then ended back at the ER the next morning. We came home a couple of hours later and some steroids to take home. He did just fine after that and we never had to go back. He is fine now except for the cold he has caught and the new teeth that came in. He's still just as sweet as can be.

Christmas and New Years Eve

Christmas was great. It was our first time not going home to UT, and we were very homesick,but I have to say that we had fun doing our own thing and making our own traditions.

 

 

 

WE had a huge Christmas Eve party at our house and invited a bunch of friends. There were 40+ people there. It was great. We had yummy food, and then the kids did the nativity scene for us. Afterwards we sang some Christmas songs to the guitar! It was nice, and it felt like we were surrounded by family. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of Christmas morning. I was to excited to remember to do that. I am going to attempt to do a video of it. I hope it works.

 

So for New Year's Eve we kept it small. We our friends the Kelly's over. It was fun we had snacks and talked the whole night. Amazingly we all stayed up to see the ball drop. The most amazing part was that Ella and their little girl stayed up as well. We were all astonished. Ella was not a trouper the next day.

Ella B-Day

Ella had a great B-Day. She coudn't wait to be 5, becasue all of her friends are. She has been wanting to do this trampoline jump where they hook you to a harness and let you jump really high. So we took her to the mall to do that and she loved it. Needless to say I forgot to take pictures because I had so much fun watching her. We came home and had cupcakes and opened gifts. She got a My Little Pony with all the princess dress ups to go with it from Disney World. She loved it.

Things around here have been crazy and I have not had time to blog. I will post more when I can get my kids well and myself put together. We hope you all had a great holiday.
