FAQ
Each Cricut Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period beginning on the date of original retail purchase. The warranty period and specific coverage details vary by product and region. Common exclusions include accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper maintenance, use outside of specified operating conditions, and normal wear and tear. For the exact coverage, duration, and exclusions that apply to your product, please refer to the Limited Warranty document linked above.
To submit a warranty claim, contact Cricut Member Care with a description of the issue you are experiencing. Please have your proof of purchase available, such as a receipt or order confirmation. In the United States and Canada, warranty coverage requires that the product was purchased from an authorized seller of Cricut products. If you are unsure whether your retailer is an authorized seller, Member Care can help confirm. Cricut may request additional information as needed to assess your claim.
Cricut Limited Warranties apply to certain corded electronic devices only, not to all Cricut products. If your product is not listed on this page, it is most likely a legacy product for which an active manufacturer's warranty is no longer available. That said, we still want to help. For product support, software assistance, or any other questions, please submit a request and our Member Care team will be happy to assist you.
