When the length of the Volume is not the same, the layout becomes cluttered

Describe the bug
MENU->OPTIONS->AUDIO->Music Volume / Sound Volume
When the length of the Volume numbers is not the same, the layout becomes cluttered.

To Reproduce
e.g.
Music Volume drag to 9 //only one digit
Sound Volume drag to 66 // two digit

Expected behavior
Layout stays aligned
