What are the steps to reproduce the behavior?

sha256sum -c ripgrep_14.0.1-1_amd64.deb.sha256

What is the actual behavior?

LANG=C sha256sum -c ripgrep_14.0.1-1_amd64.deb.sha256
sha256sum: target/x86_64-unknown-linux-musl/debian/ripgrep_14.0.1-1_amd64.deb: No such file or directory
target/x86_64-unknown-linux-musl/debian/ripgrep_14.0.1-1_amd64.deb: FAILED open or read
sha256sum: WARNING: 1 listed file could not be read

What is the expected behavior?
