Issue #5010 #4867 #5017 #V1101561159 Description Our Readme is clearly missing an example using Lambda, highlighting the new features of node 18 with regards to the --embedded js v3 sdk, and additionally the support for ESM. the example informs of the need to initialize the SDK client in the global scope, only once.

Description
Our Readme is clearly missing an example using Lambda. This is a constant source of confusion. Since our developer guide needs a reboot, the main doc page is the best place in my mind to put this.
