Removes the scripts/purge_s3_keys.py one-off maintenance script that was previously used to purge plaintext S3 keys from account store objects, following the earlier work in #13302.
Changes:
- Deletes the
purge_s3_keys.pyscript fromscripts/. - Removes the script’s associated batch-update / dry-run logic and DB transaction timeout handling by virtue of removing the file.
