Why Language?

Language is essential to life.

We believe God created people and communities to thrive — in relationship with Him and with one another. Yet many are still excluded because their languages are overlooked or unsupported. This leaves them cut off from Scripture, education, and opportunities.

Without access in their own languages, people are cut off from what matters most.

No access to God’s Word

Over 1.5 billion people don’t have Scripture in their language – or what they need to use and apply it.

Children left behind in school

Nearly 40% of children and adults worldwide cannot access education in a language they understand.

Cut off from health, healing & dignity

People in non-dominant language communities often lack access to vital information for health, work, and family life in a language they understand.

We exist to help change this.

We partner with minority language communities to confront barriers that cause isolation, restrict opportunity, and hinder faith.
