A permanent driver licensing office is set to open in Kelso on July 2. It’s in the same building — located at 711 Vine Street — where mobile licensing events have been held since January.
Neurodivergent people and others can now get a special blue envelope to hold documents such as vehicle registration and insurance information. The envelope is handed to an officer during a traffic stop.
If you don’t want to be left at the dock, make sure you renew your boat decals by June 30.
