To deeply understand what this means, perhaps the most important step is for her to reconnect to the organic feminine current, to bestow upon herself that love, that devotion to herself, the nectar of vitality
The world in which we live is still caught in a mirage, where speed and productivity are honored more than cyclicality, slowing down, and integration.
Living as a woman in an inorganic world, in a mad rush, is not only against you—it is destructive, it is fatal, and it leads to the loss of your creative and magical nature.
What does organic mean? If we look to nature, everything has a rhythm, a unique way of revealing itself, of flowing, blossoming, and changing; everything unfolds in cycles.
When feminine energy claims its right, in your life you will notice that what once came to you “naturally” now raises questions or feels unnatural in short, it no longer serves you.
I believe and feel with my whole being that it is necessary for us to remember, to reawaken, and to reconnect to the organic feminine current.

The Altar of Dance – the live program

The altar of dance is a fusion of holistic feminine healing arts, dance and movement medicine, ceremony and ritual.

This 8 week deep and nourishing journey is weaving ancient practices into the modern day living,with the intention to inspire and activate women to blossom into their whole radiant self, embracing their intuitive and wild nature ,reconnecting to the organic feminine curent of life.

Sacred Nectar – the recorded course

Sensual embodiment is about decompressing the mind and body by connecting to the sweetness of non-linear feminine movement, with a vast capacity to bring coherence to every curve of our inner architecture.

The course consists of 5 videos, each 2 hours long, which can be followed at your own pace. All you need is curiosity and openness. It is a space for slowing down and regeneration.

My journey

Malina Lilay is the creator of the project The Altar of Dance, a mother of three wonderful children, a multidisciplinary artist, mentor, and visionary guide through holistic ancestral feminine arts and practices adapted to modern times.

At her core she is a nomadic spirit with exotic Romanian roots a bridge between worlds and cultures. Malina weaves a narrative tapestry between the inner world and everyday life, integrating elements of holistic dance, yoga, qi gong, Reiki, intuitive movement, feminine practices, movement meditation, ritual and ceremony, storytelling, and voice activation.

Malina Lilay Meraki has facilitated and supported multiple workshops at various transformational festivals from 2021 until now, working with both women and men. She has also led transformational retreats in Romania and internationally.

Training • Studies • Initiations

Since 2017, she has been working intensively with the Holistic Dance method alongside her dear sister and mentor Zola Dubnikova, and in 2022 she participated in Zola's intensive training in feminine arts and mysteries with initiations in Tao Tantra, Sufi Dance, and elements from ancestral feminine practices inspired by the classic Indian Odissi dance.
From 2020 to 2021, she worked intensively with Mana Mei (Mana Movement), culminating in a certification in this method as an Embodied Temple Keeper. She has studied and practiced Reiki Therapy. having been initiated into the first two levels (SHODEN and OKUDEN); her first encounter with this practice was in childhood.
Reconnecting with the organic feminine current was powerfully activated during her travels with sacred plants, where she experienced a profound awakening of her womb and her voice, as well as through the three births of her children the last of which was unassisted through which she felt with her whole being the immense power of women.
Life has also taken her to many continents, and these travels have been one of her major sources of inspiration, the cultures she experienced leaving a strong imprint on her evolution and remembrance.

At her core, Malina is a multidisciplinary artist with extensive self-study, passionate about design and fashion with her own clothing line inspired by nature and organic materials.

She is also passionate about music and Eastern culture and studies the frame drum, an ancestral feminine instrument, as well as the Native American flute. Since childhood, she has always been connected to Nature, imagination, dreams, symbols, and subtle energy. She spent hours listening and reading legends and stories that have inspired her and carried her deeper into the study of cosmology, the myths of ancient civilizations, matriarchal culture, Eastern and ancestral spirituality, folklore wisdom, and telluric and cosmic mysteries.
