A timed screening assessment combines role fundamentals, applied AI judgment, and scenario-based MCQs. The platform returns a scorecard and improvement areas.
Is the challenge only for engineers?
No. There are technical, product, business, governance, data, and domain tracks. Participants choose a role or take the discovery route.
How are leaderboards calculated?
Use a transparent composite: normalized score, completion integrity, and tie-breakers such as time and advanced-round performance. Publish the methodology before launch.
Will this guarantee a job?
