Valnet wins the 2026 Communicator Award of Excellence in Design Features & Strategic Storytelling for its Gaming4Good campaign page. Evaluated by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), the award honors excellence in digital communication and content creation. Gaming4Good was led by Valnet’s gaming brands Polygon, GameRant, and TheGamer in partnership with the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Through the initiative, funds are raised for hospital-safe gaming stations that support children facing long hospital stays.

Winter can be especially difficult for many in our community, which is why supporting initiatives like Backpacks for the Homeless matters so deeply. This year, the Valnet team joined the Valsef Dream Big Foundation, alongside colleagues from Valsoft Corporation, ValPay and Valsef Group, to assemble 400 backpacks filled with winter essentials and hygiene products for individuals experiencing homelessness. The 2025 Dream Big Gala, hosted by the Valsef Dream Big Foundation, raised $786,932 in support of Make-A-Wish Canada, making 78 wishes a reality for children across Quebec. One of the evening’s most moving moments was when 9-year-old Jodi learned her wish to visit Walt Disney World would be coming true, a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people come together with purpose. Valnet, alongside sister companies Valsoft, Valstone, and Valsef Capital, part of the family that founded and supports the Valsef Dream Big Foundation, is proud to have helped turn these moments into reality.

October 22, 2025United for a Purpose: Valnet Supports CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation
Fifty employees from Valnet and sister companies Valsoft, ValPay, and Valstone joined forces to make a difference for children through the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation Challenge. Braving both sun and rain, twelve teams took on a series of physical and mental challenges, raising more than $40,500 in support of pediatric care and helping sick children and their families receive the treatment and compassion they deserve.
