Loved ones and neighbors grieving the loss of a community member are asking Harrisburg officials to make changes after a woman was hit and killed while crossing a crosswalk in the city.

Two people have died from measles in Lancaster County, the first deaths from the highly contagious virus in Pennsylvania in 35 years, state officials confirmed Tuesday. 

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in June that skill games are slot machines under state law and that unlicensed skill games are unlawful. Skill games supporters say they provide an additional source of income for small businesses, bars, taverns and nonprofit organizations.
