Our Halloween

As usual our October rocked! We had so many fun things this year, the boys had a blast and we had a great warm Halloween. We were each a character from The Avengers everyone picked who they wanted to be and that was that. Except little Ev. It was too hard to find a warm cute little costume so I ended up just having him be a dragon.

Fam Vaca

Hamilton turned four, which means... time for a trip to Disneyland! The boys were so excited they had been counting down for weeks. It was Hamiltons first time on a plane as well so he couldn't wait for the plane to pick us up and fly us in the sky. We got there Monday early morning so we had time to stop and have lunch, hit the beach and swim at the hotel. We stayed at these awesome villas right by Newport Beach, it was like staying in a townhouse for a few days, but they were sooo nice! We really wanted to just hang at the hotel for a whole week, but we already had tickets to Disney. So later Monday night we hit up Mickeys VIP Halloween Party! So Fun! Love being there in the dark with all the lights and everyone dressed up. Loved the spooky feeling and the fun music. It was a blast, but we were dead tired by the time we got home at midnight that night. The next day we hit up California Adventures and actually ran into our long lost best friends from St. George, so that was really fun to see them and go on some rides together. Cars land is so dang cute! And for months Hamilton has been saying hes going to Disneyland to see Buzz and Woody. Once we saw the parade and he was able to see them both he was good! He was so happy to see them and his life was complete :) Bentley was old enough to go on all the rides this time, he loved every min of it! The next day we hit up Disneyland and ran into our friends again. We had fun spending the day there then headed back to the hotel for pizza and swimming. Both boys had some money to spend on the trip... Hamilton spent his money at the lego store and Bentley found a really fun store to build cars, so he built himself a car with custom rims and all. It was a great trip everyone had fun and I was soooo excited to get home and see my baby!!!! I missed him so much I could hardly stand it. Can't wait til hes 4 so he can come along :) And we made it home just in time.... The night we got back Hamilton came down with a high fever and has strep. Yuck!

My Dirty 30

My Birthday is coming up this Sat. so last weekend my family threw me an awesome party! We headed down to St. George and had a big family dinner on Friday night at my fav. restaurant Bucca, yum. Then on Sat. they threw me an amazing Burlesque party, I can't believe how much work they put into this party. It was so fun! My Niece is a girl from my own heart, we love everything the same, so I knew she would be up for this party and she rocked it! Everyone did such an awesome job with all the details and we all got dressed up. We had a yummy dinner, choc. cake my fav and they even dressed up as the village people and did the YMCA dance for me! What crazy fun girls I have in my family, I'm so lucky to have them and have so much fun with them!

Its A Carnival

To celebrate Bentley's Birthday this year we decided to have a carnival. We had different booths with all the usual fun carnival games, we had sack races and even face painting. It was wild and crazy as usual with a backyard full of boys, but Bentley sure had a good time.  They had corn dogs and kettle corn, cotton candy and cupcakes that looked like popcorn and snow cones. They were really cute in the photo booth and I loved how excited they got for each ticket they won. Happy Birthday Bentz.... hope you had a great time with your buds!

Hammie's First Day

Hamilton has been so excited to start school and go just like his big brother. We have been doing a countdown this last week and yesterday he finally was able to go. All morning he couldn't wait and kept saying lets go, he was so cute and excited to wear his special first day shirt and get his picture taken. He walked right in hung his backpack up on the hook in his cubby and was ready for the day. As soon as the parents started leaving he seemed a little worried but he didn't complain, just went over sat on the carpet and was ready to have fun. When I picked him up he was more than ready to go home, I was trying to talk to him and he said lets go! But he had a blast, they went on a bear hunt and had bears and cheese for a snack. He played with the girl Bentley, which we've told him about for the last few weeks. It was adorable! I totally missed the dude, I would be happy to have him home with me all the time, but im excited hes meeting friends and having fun.

First Day of First Grade

Holy cow, my little Bentz goes to school all day. He is so grown up! He got a new teacher to the school, Mrs. Thorpe and he didn't have any friends in his class, but that didn't stop him. He was ready. He woke up that morning saying im so excited and got dressed and couldn't wait til it was time to go. Im so proud of my little man, he marched right in there ready to meet new friends and have a great day. He made sure I paid for his lunch and was good to go. That day was crazy weird having him gone that long. Im not gonna lie it sure was calmer and lots less stressful, but I did miss my crazy boy! When I picked him up he said it was a great day and lunch was soooo good! He had rice and chicken and these things with lettuce and carrots (egg rolls) wow, so proud of him for eating! He was able to sit by friends in the lunch room and play with them at recess. Sounds like a great day! Later that night he was a little upset about the early bird and later gator situation at the school. He didn't quite get it and thought he was there at the wrong time. But we got that figured out I think and hes doing great. So far he has liked lunch everyday hes meeting up with his friends from other classes at recess and surviving the long day! He is such a little stud and I hope this year can be great.

Happy Birthday Little Man

Hamilton turned 4 this weekend, and he was sooo excited! The countdown started awhile ago and he was so happy that it was finally time for his party. This was his first friend party and it was so fun to have a bunch of little boys running around and of course Vivie. She had her pick of men to choose from. Hams had a monster party, we did a monster stomp, colored awesome monsters drawn by my amazing neighbor Nick. Had a pinata, went on a monster hunt. It was so fun! He has the cutest little friends and just loved feeling special.
