Trouble

Ross is still more trouble than I can keep up with! He is such a very busy boy. Keeps me on my toes.

This picture doesn't look like too much trouble, cause I usually set the camera down while he's trying to eat the wood chips, so this is as close as I can get.

I'm hoping that all this trouble, energy, curiousity pays off when he's older. I tell myself that he'll be creative, inventive and motivated. Ha ha.

Bear Lake

Ross and I headed up to Bear Lake the last week of July to spend time with the Marshall's. We had a great time up there! So grateful for the family, especially my in-laws for getting us a condo. It made life on the beach with a kid bareable!

On one of our morning walks.
I could not believe how dirty this kid got.
Dirty grin.
Learning the in's and out's of the "clubhouse". Loved it, just like his Grandpa Ross.
The kids had a fascination with this empty cupboard. Peek A Boo!
Rossy with his cousins Matthew and Jaxon.
Stealing all the balls from Fling a Ding.
Worn out! He and Jaxon shared a room and they slept great. Naps and nighttime. SO glad!
Worn out after the long ride home. He slept for 20 minutes of the drive. Cried for about 40 minutes. I pulled over and we took a walk and ate for 30 minutes. He cried for another 30 minutes, then he crashed again the last 20 minutes. The drive up was about the same. Probably won't be doing another 2 hour drive alone with a baby anytime soon . . . . . or ever.

Daddy's Home!!!

I have been behind on the blogging world because Dave came home on August 6th!!! We were thrilled to have him join us. He drove some very early, and long hours to make it home to us so soon. When he pulled up, Ross and I ran out there to meet him. Dave grabbed Ross and started playing with him. I was glad that Ross didn't start screaming like he does when other people try to take him away. So we were happy that he remembered his Dad. Dave still can't believe how big Ross is and how much he's changed. I love to watch them together!
