 Yay! the elves came again while we were out celebrating with family and left the kids new pajamas!

 Good Morning!

 It was a Lego Christmas at our house!  The best ever.  Everyone worked so quietly on their new Legos.  Phil and I snuggled up on the couch and had a nap ;)

 For New Years we surprised the kids and went to a hotel downtown to ring in the New Year and get in a little swimming!

 Its a fun tradition for us, and I'm amazed each time that the kids are so surprised ;)

Then we played the day away at Planet Play....(with half of the state of Utah ;)

Thanksgiving 2012

 We enjoyed Thanksgiving with my family at Grandma & Grandpa Sorenson's this year.

 Two years ago we missed out on turkey at Thanksgiving as "someone" aka Randy accidentally put the fresh turkey in the freezer instead of the fridge so we made sure to bring lots of different turkey this year!

 

 Becky planned a fun activity after dinner for the kids.  They decorated cupcakes like turkeys!

 I think most of the candy got eaten before it made it to the cupcake ;)

 We took dinner and the kids down to Dave & Katie's home to meet their newest cousin!

Emma's Baby Shower

 My sister in law, Katie is expecting a baby girl the end of November so we of course needed to get together and have a big party to celebrate!

 The best time for all the family on both sides was earlier on a Saturday so we went with a brunch theme.  Absolutely delicious!

The favors were a body wash that read "from our shower to yours" and then we had a place where other moms could share advice with Katie & Dave.

Halloween 2012

 This year for Halloween we went as the family from the movie 'Brave'!

 My sweet mom spent countless hours working on our hats.  Aren't they amazing?!!

I pulled out my sewing machine and got to work on the kilts and Jessica's dress.

 Here are the boys before they turned into bears after eating the dessert...

The hats had curls on one side, bear faces on the other!

 Jessica's wig took hours to complete...a very devoted Grandma worked super hard on this!

We had our annual Halloween Party @ the Kimball's.

Where even the adults dress up.  Its a fun night and a great time was had by all!
