Step 3: How can I Schedule an Appointment with my Advisor or Mentor?
For course planning, enrollment, and major selection questions:
Talk to your CNS Professional Advisors
You can schedule an in-person or virtual appointment through Navigate.
Click on the blue “Make an Appointment” button.
Under “What type of appointment would you like to schedule?” choose “Advising.”
Under “Available types of appointments” choose “Major Academic Advising.”
Select a date, and then click “Find Available Time” to see your assigned advisor’s calendar.
Your professional academic advisors are now located in the college’s CNS Academic Advising Center. Reach out to them anytime if you have a question about your courses or your academic plan. You can find specific information for:
Advisors will at least want to check in with their advisees mid-semester to review courses and plan for the upcoming semester(s). However, you can schedule an appointment at any time to discuss a specific issue you want to address.
