Sarah's Baby Shower

Jody, one of the pharmacists at Saint Mary's made this awesome diaper bag. We all keep telling her that she should go into business.
Tiger's Game July 12
Greg on his way out.
Greg on his way back.
We were in split seats for a couple of innings. It also started pouring right when the first pitch was thrown. You can see Jim with his green umbrella. That was before he stood up and acted like a crazy man in front of the whole crowd (you'll have to ask him about it).
I don't know if you can see it, but Lindsey is covered in ketchup from the nutty lady who initially sat next to her (not me, the other lady).
My face looks huge in this picture.
This is the second time that we were laughing until we cried. We ate dinner at Tomato Brothers in Howell. I won't try to explain what we were laughing about because when I retold the story, it wasn't nearly as funny the second time around.
By the way, the Tiger's lost, but the beer, nachos, and corn dogs were excellent.Thursday, July 10, 2008
Message from Whitey

4th of July-Part Deux
Jim and Greg watching the parade. Jim is reclining since we didn't get home until 3:30 am the night before. Woah! Also, you can see my fab new purse. It is genuine Dolce and Gabbana.
The Mausolf family plus Brett and Crystal since they are technically Whitmans now. I can't believe they let Kyle drive. Scary.....but maybe better than Crystal driving....I'm not sure...
Ryan and Kari the original "Kickball Queen"
You get candy at the parade. I ate this Swedish fish and boy was it tasty.
The "Kickball Queen" live and in color. Sorry, I'm was shaking from all the excitement. The Muskrat Cattail band or something like that. Sorry, it is shaky since I was kind of boppin' to the music. It just makes me want to dance.

The 4th of July Part I
Greg, Jim, Norm (my dad), and Shirley (my mom) getting ready for some fireworks.
Lindsey and I laughing about some crap that Jim or Greg said.
The guys at the Hotel (the Port Hope bar). If you haven't spent an evening in The Hotel, then you really haven't lived yet. My one disappointment of the night was that the sign on the door of The Hotel that says "No guns, No knives, and No one under 18 after 10 pm" was missing.
Some of the girls. I'm not sure where Stephanie or Erin went. They were probably trying to wrangle up some convo with some of the carnies. Take note, this picture occurred before Crystal attacked me and scratched me with a bottle cap.
The infamous Hotel bug zapper. Be careful not to sit underneath it.
Lindsey decided that she needed to impersonate Gertie's dog toy. As you will see it was a gorilla.

Garage Sale Mania!
I know all of you have been checking the blog repeatedly to see what the outcome of our "Multi-family Garage Sale" was. Overall, it was a success. All total we made $1028.16. Stephanie was the winner with over $300.00 in junk sales. The highlights of the garage sale were the visit from the police, 2 drunk, loud-talking ladies, a lady who bought a table from me so she could use it for her garage sales, and the fact that I was invited to be part of the garden club of Allendale. Also, let's just say that you wouldn't believe what people buy at garage sales.
Matt was trying to see if this item would work out for the Halloween Party.
Dana and Lindsey, showing off some of the wares.
Gio got a chance to visit the garage sale, meet Shirley, and play on the grass.
Sarah's pregnant. Just an FYI.
The Garage Sale Divas with our leftover stuff.
