This marks a shift from the 2023 edition, where M6 shared the rights with France Télévisions. Users in France may stream the 2027 Women’s World Cup live online via M6+ or the M6+ app for Android and iOS mobile devices, with possible replays available for several days after initial airings.
M6 has secured non-exclusive free-to-air broadcast rights to the UEFA Champions League final in France after signing a multi-year deal with UEFA until 2027. The contract, estimated to be worth $4 million per season, makes M6 the official free-to-air broadcaster of the 2025, 2026, and 2027 versions of the UEFA Champions League final.

About

M6+ history, coverage, features

M6+ is an online sports streaming service available in France.

The platform was launched in 2024, but similar iterations have existed previously. In 2008, M6's streaming service was called M6 Replay, and this was rebranded as 6play in 2013. It remained with this name until 2024, when it became known as M6+.

The platform hosts all content produced by the free-to-air TV channel, M6. Over the years, their programming has focused heavily on entertainment shows, including reality and drama series from across the world.

While live sport hasn't featured heavily on M6's programming in the past, there has historically been a sports magazine show that airs weekly on the channel. This is also available on M6+, either live or on demand.

To watch M6+ in France, fans can either visit the M6.fr website or download the M6+ app onto their iOS and Android devices.
