FOX Sports owns the US broadcast rights for the Canadian Championship.The pay-TV sports network has owned the rights to the cup competition, which features the best professional soccer team in Canada, since 2022, and the latest deal runs until the 2026 final in October.
All live Canadian Championship matches on FOX are shared between Fox Sports 2 and Fox Soccer Plus, meaning all users must have an active paid subscription to Fox Sports to access live coverage of the competition.
Live Canadian Championship match coverage on both of these channels typically includes English-language commentary from members of the FOX Sports commentary team. In the past, this has included popular broadcaster John Strong.
The deal between FOX and the Canadian Soccer Association includes live coverage of matches from every round of the competition through to the final.
