About Paris Saint-Germain FC

| Capacity | 47,929 |
| Manager | Enrique Luis |
Paris Saint-Germain Football Club, commonly known as Paris Saint-Germain or simply PSG, is a French professional football club based in Paris. Nicknamed “Les Parisiens” by its supporters, PSG was founded in 1970 as a merger between two clubs: Paris FC and Paris Saint-Germain. The club plays all its home games at the Parc des Princes, a venue that seats 47,929 people in its current format.
PSG is widely viewed as France’s most successful club, as Les Parisiens have won more titles than any other side. The team’s biggest rivals arguably is Marseille, against whom they play in “Le Classique” each season, and matches between the two teams are widely followed both in France and around the world.
The team has had a variety of owners since its inception in 1970. In the early years, PSG was primarily owned by fans, but a few years later, it was purchased by a series of wealthy businessmen and corporations. Since 2011, PSG has been under the ownership of Qatar based group Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), who have spent well over $1 billion in the quest to help the team become more competitive not just in France, but also in Europe. Some of the team’s biggest signings in recent years include players like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
PSG’s official streaming channel is PSG TV which provides live and on-demand streaming coverage of PSG-related content. This includes match replays, key game highlights, press conferences, behind-the-scenes footage of training sessions, interviews with coaches and players, news, and documentaries.
