The Cypriot Second Division is the second level of professional football of the Cypriot football league system. It was officially established in 1953 and is governed by the Cyprus Football Association.

The league is contested by 16 teams. It operates on a promotion and relegation system with the Cypriot First Division and the Cypriot Third Division respectively.
