Live sports streaming service DAZN made a significant entrance into the Sub-Saharan broadcast scene in August 2026 after securing non-exclusive La Liga broadcast rights in the region. This agreement is a three-year deal covering the 2026-2029 TV cycle, allowing football fans across 48 markets in Sub-Saharan Africa to stream all 380 La Liga games live and on-demand on either the DAZN app or website for the 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 seasons.

Furthermore, DAZN’s coverage of the Spanish top-flight extends beyond live match broadcasts, with the broadcaster providing highlights, archive footage, weekly programming, and exclusive behind-the-scenes La Liga content to its subscribers.

The DAZN app is available for download on most internet-connected devices, including mobile phones and tablets (Android, iOS, and Amazon Fire Tablet). The streaming service is also compatible with major TV brands (LG, Hisense, Panasonic, and Samsung), PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One S|X, and Xbox Series S|X. Additionally, the application supports Amazon Fire TV Stick and Chromecast.
