Kangkung

Water spinach which is well known as Kangkung in Malaysia is yummy vegetable! This is another vegetable which I suddenly had problem with. I had them for more than 2 years! They are easy to grow and self seed easily too!

Then all of sudden, the nightmare begin.....the branches started to rot for no apparel reason. Finally the whole bunch of them gone even though I tried doing everything I can....This is part and parcel of gardening I think.....

Kangkung trying to climb pucuk manis!

I re-mulch and add some soil and started with new kangkung batch! This time they seems to be growing well!

Mint

Mint plant has love and hate relationship with me. Once I have many of them to the extend I use to pull them out since they try to suffocate my other vegetables. But after planting and re-planting so many time at the same place, I give up. They seems to be very unhappy at their existing place. May be all the required nutrition is gone! But I remember adding fertilizer though! I just can't figure out the real reason!

Anyway I locate them at new bed. I bought some from wet market and plant them in new area. After about a month of growing, they seems to be happy! That's a Happy Ending I believe!

Bayam @ spinach

It's been almost 2 weeks ++  I never post anything. I was busy with Deepavali and after that my Internet connection was down.

Anyway I'm back now! ;)

I have no luck with red leaf spinach but green is common in my garden! They grow wild and give me enough supply of spinach! Grasshoppers love them too!

They taste good and pack with nutrition!

The spinach seeds! I never save any for future planting but the seeds are enough for self seeding everywhere!

Seeds of Curry leaves and Wishes!

Finally I manage to see the seeds of the curry leaves! It was really mysterious for me since I have few baby curry leave plants but I don't see the seeds. I must be very ignorant all this while!

Look at the seeds! It look like little cherries! The plant have grown up so much that the seeds hide on top! I'm too short to reach them now! I should trim them down to have more bush like curry leave plant!

I couldn't open my blog in Internet Explorer! I need to use Mozilla. Do anyone else having same problem?

Anyway To all Hindu Blogger I would like to wish advanced "HAPPY DEEPAVALI" and to the rest "HAPPY HOLIDAY"! It's going to be a long holiday in Malaysia if you take 2 days of annual leaves!
